Visitor Parking:
Visitors may park in the parking area at the clubhouse or in the driveways of the homeowner if sufficient space is available. Parallel parking on community streets is prohibited. 

Assessment Due Date:
The annual assessment fee is due on or before March 31st. A $25 fine will be assessed for each month annual dues are late.
